At bareMinerals, we want you to love your clean beauty favorites, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to ensure your skin and soul are happy with every product you choose.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal; a copy will also be sent to your email for convenience.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location. Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
